Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the services provided by bardi4d through our platform, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions and any related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming rules.

Users must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to register and use the service. bardi4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may close any account found to belong to an underage user. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating duplicate accounts or using another person's identity is a serious violation and will result in a permanent ban.
Users are fully responsible for the security of their login credentials, including their username and password. It is recommended to use a strong password and not share login details with anyone else. All activity that occurs through a user's account is the sole responsibility of that user.
Obligations & User Responsibilities
Users must use bardi4d services in accordance with the applicable terms and must not engage in any action that could harm the platform, other users, or third parties. The following are key obligations that must be observed:
- Do not use bots, automated scripts, or unauthorized third-party software to access or manipulate the platform.
- Do not attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt the platform's security systems in any way.
- Do not use the service for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
- Do not spread misleading or harmful information through the platform's communication channels.
- Comply with all laws and regulations applicable in the user's jurisdiction when using this service.
Violations of the above obligations may result in account suspension or permanent closure, as well as potential legal action under applicable laws and regulations.
Transactions, Payments & Financial Information
All transactions on the bardi4d platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The platform supports a variety of local payment methods, including bank transfers between Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and digital wallets such as OVO, Dana, and GoPay. Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details used are personally owned and match the identity registered on the account.
Every withdrawal request will be processed once account identity verification has been completed. bardi4d reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests if there are indications of suspicious activity, mismatched data, or unmet bonus rollover requirements. Processing time estimates are indicative and may vary depending on the payment method and the time of submission.
Users are not permitted to initiate chargebacks or unilaterally cancel transactions through a financial institution after a transaction has been confirmed on the platform. All transaction disputes must first be resolved through bardi4d's official customer support channels.
The platform is not responsible for delays or transaction failures caused by disruptions in third-party systems such as banks or e-wallet providers, provided that the platform has already processed the request on our end.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
bardi4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account if there is a violation of these Terms & Conditions, detected fraudulent activity, or use of the service for unlawful purposes. In the case of a temporary suspension, the user will be notified via their registered contact details and given an opportunity to provide clarification.
Users may also submit a voluntary account closure request through the customer support team. Before an account closure is processed, all active balances and pending transaction obligations must be settled first. Bonuses or promotional credits that have not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
If an account is closed due to serious violations such as fraud or the use of a false identity, the platform reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance as compensation for losses incurred, and is under no obligation to issue any refund.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property Rights
bardi4d provides the platform's services "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service availability, freedom from errors, or the suitability of the service for any particular purpose beyond what is explicitly stated. The platform strives to maintain the highest possible service availability; however, system maintenance, technical updates, or events beyond our control may cause temporary disruptions.
All content available on the bardi4d platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, interface designs, text, graphics, and navigation structures, is the intellectual property of the platform and is protected by applicable law. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using such content for commercial purposes without written permission.
The platform is not responsible for financial losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made by users. Betting and casino games carry financial risk, and users are solely responsible for their own decisions.
Changes to Terms, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
bardi4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on this page. Users are advised to check this page periodically. Continued use of the service after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers or esports platforms. bardi4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services.
